The Training
You’ll be grinding 6 days a week, with Sunday as your only full rest day. This program demands relentless discipline and a locked-in mindset.

Rest times between sets:
🕑 25–35 seconds for most work
🏋️♂️ 2–3 minutes for heavy compound lifts -
When reps go down, weight goes up.
That’s your cue to push harder.
This program is designed to destroy self-doubt and forge the best version of you — physically and mentally.
