What is Limit Breaking?

Limit breaking is a term that originates from anime, known as an emanation of powerful energy felt during instances of extreme urgency. Which is usually fuelled through anger or doubt. If you’re not an anime watcher, you’re definitely missing out on a lot of motivation.

 
The Training

What’s good, you’ll be training hard for 6 days a week, with a complete rest day on Sunday. This will require a relentless mentality to see it through. This program will eliminate self-doubt and put you on a path to becoming the best version you can be. Recovery time during the workouts should be limited to 25-35 seconds. Once you get to your heavy lifting, then 2-3 mins is absolutely fine. Throughout the program anytime you see the reps drop, this means the weight increases.
